Our Second Ginger Bread House

Once again, Kate and I attempted a Ginger Bread House (the pre fab kind). I'm not sure if it was better or worse than last years, but it was equally as "fun."

I know, it's been a while since I posted. I thought once school was done, I wouldn't be so busy...silly me.

Happy Halloween!!

Here are some pictures from trick-or-treating tonight. As we were walking down the street Kate looked at me and said "Mommy, I really love trick-or-treating." It was so cute. She did very well. We walked around with some of our neighbors. As you see, there is a picture of "Thing One", her little brother was "Thing two." It was so fun. I hope you all had a great time tonight as well!!! Moving forward

I don't normally blog to write a lot but I figured I'd take a little time to catch family/friends up on what is going on in our family life. I just finished my last day of school on Friday!!!! I'm very excited. I won't get my diploma until December so I have time to get a job and enjoy the kids before I can start to work. I am currently at my parents home in Wisconsin. My brother, Tony, and his beautiful girlfriend, Nicole, are having a baby in a few weeks so we had a baby shower for them. It was nice. I enjoyed seeing him open baby things...and will enjoy seeing him as a daddy even more:). I also enjoyed catching up with some family and friends. Tomorrow we head back to BWI on Monday evening and plan on getting on the road and heading home Tuesday morning (I've been staying with my in-laws for the past three months finishing school). I can't wait to get home and enjoy being around my family, in my home, and sleeping in my own bed. Kate turns four on November 3rd so I'll be a busy mom planning a birthday party in 4 days...hmmm should be interesting. Dan and I decided to have her 4th birthday at our home with "some" friends. Wish us luck:). So, in the spirit of my blog, which is mostly meant to share pictures, here is one I found on my Mom's computer from her trip to Annapolis earlier this month. Such cute kids....don't you think?

We took the older kids to the pool Labor Day weekend. They all had a great time. I couldn't resist posting the picture of Grace with the swim goggles...EOD in training (especially with the blue floppy hat!!)

Hi all! My sister in law is taking some great pictures of all of the kids during this month...She is in town doing a Sports Medicine rotation at the Naval Academy and I'm up here finishing up school (6 1/2 wks to go!!!:)). The kids are completely over tired and over stimulated but they are enjoying spending time together.

We flew to Milwaukee on Friday to attend a baptism of our good friends twin daughters (pics on the next post)and were fortunate enough you also spend the late afternoon on the lake at my parents. It was a beautiful Wisconsin afternoon...
